Before knowing about the registration process and the agent system, it is important to know what Chamet Agency is and how it works.
A Chamet Agency is the entity that manages and supports the live streaming hosts on the platform. Agencies onboard new users, train them on the platform, and support them along the way.
A Chamet Agency is dedicated to creating and managing a team of hosts, assisting them in enhancing their performance and becoming acquainted with the different functionalities on the platform.
Before downloading the Chamet app, make sure your device meets the basic requirements for a smooth installation and performance.
For Android: Before installing the app, make sure your phone is running Android 7.0 or newer and has at least 150 MB of free storage.
For iPhone (iOS): Before installing the app, make sure your phone is running iOS 14 or later and has at least 150 MB of free storage.
If you're in India, the Chamet app is available on the Google Play Store as ChillChat. Simply search for "ChillChat", tap Install, and wait for the app to download. Once the installation is complete, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create or log in to your account.
If you're in other countries, open the Google Play Store and search for "Chamet." Tap Install, and the app will automatically download and install on your Android device.
For users in India, the app is available on the Apple App Store as ChillChat. Search for the app, tap Get, verify your download using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password, and wait for the installation to finish.
If you're in other countries, open the Apple App Store and search for "Chamet." Tap Get to download the app, complete the verification process if prompted, and launch the app once the installation is complete.
Once you complete the process, send your Agent ID so we can verify your successful agency registration!

If you're having trouble logging in, first make sure you're using the correct phone number, email address, and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to reset it.
